La mayor tasa de degradaci\u00f3n conseguida resulta en una mayor producci\u00f3n de biog\u00e1s en comparaci\u00f3n con materias primas que no han sido pretratadas. <\/p><p>Esta t\u00e9cnica consiste en un calentamiento s\u00faper r\u00e1pido que permite alcanzar temperaturas de hidr\u00f3lisis m\u00e1s altas, rompiendo m\u00e1s estructuras celulares y haciendo que la materia org\u00e1nica sea m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de digerir. Y en <strong>Kronoa<\/strong>, podemos echarte una mano para que tu proyecto sea un \u00e9xito. <\/p><p>El lodo deshidratado es la mayor fuente potencial de energ\u00eda en una planta de tratamiento de aguas residuales, y por tanto debe utilizarse de la manera m\u00e1s eficiente posible. En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, la hidr\u00f3lisis t\u00e9rmica se ha reconocido como una de las soluciones de pretratamiento m\u00e1s eficaces para mejorar la digesti\u00f3n anaerobia. <\/p><div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" aria-hidden=\"verdadero\"> <\/div><p>En el sur de Espa\u00f1a, <strong>Kronoa<\/strong> suministr\u00f3 un n\u00famero de bombas a una planta de tratamiento de aguas residuales que da servicio a un \u00e1rea de m\u00e1s de 500.000 habitantes. En este caso particular, se aplic\u00f3 la hidr\u00f3lisis t\u00e9rmica al tratamiento de lodos. <\/p><p><em><strong>Los beneficios fueron extensos: 35% m\u00e1s de producci\u00f3n de biog\u00e1s, 50% menos de bios\u00f3lidos y el doble de carga en el digestor.<\/strong><\/em><\/p><p>Suministramos:<\/p><p>\u2013 <strong>Bombas de alimentaci\u00f3n forzada<\/strong> para alimentar los silos, caudal ajustable de 2 a 6,4 m3\/h a 8 bar y 16% de sequedad.<br\/>\u2013 <strong>Bombas de succi\u00f3n<\/strong>: servicio de lodos hasta la sanitizaci\u00f3n post-digesti\u00f3n, de 6 a 20 m3\/h, a 2 bares y con temperaturas de 75-80 grados.<br\/>\u2013 <strong>Bombas de salida de lodo hidrolizado<\/strong>: de 2,8 a 9 m3\/h a 2 bar.
