Los fluidos viscosos y aquellos que contienen part\u00edculas, como <strong>aguas residuales, lodos, aguas negras y desechos alimentarios, pueden manejarse con \u00e9xito gracias a su dise\u00f1o de baja velocidad interna<\/strong>. Por lo tanto, <strong>las bombas de tornillo exc\u00e9ntrico son una soluci\u00f3n ideal cuando se requiere un caudal constante pero la viscosidad del fluido puede ser variable<\/strong>. <\/p><p>Hasta ahora, podemos ver que la <strong>viscosidad<\/strong> es uno de los factores principales a tener en cuenta antes de decidir qu\u00e9 bomba vamos a elegir. Y aqu\u00ed en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kronoa.eu\/\"><strong>Kronoa<\/strong><\/a> prestamos atenci\u00f3n a cada detalle para que su aplicaci\u00f3n sea un \u00e9xito. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d3b361e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d3b361e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Aplicaciones de dosificaci\u00f3n de fluidos<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d9b56b9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d9b56b9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><em>A medida que aumenta la viscosidad de un l\u00edquido, las bombas centr\u00edfugas se vuelven menos eficientes volum\u00e9tricamente, lo que reduce el caudal y aumenta el consumo de energ\u00eda.<\/em><\/p><p><strong>Las bombas centr\u00edfugas utilizan un impulsor giratorio<\/strong> para transferir la energ\u00eda cin\u00e9tica del motor al l\u00edquido, y su presi\u00f3n depende totalmente del caudal. Al girar un impulsor dentro de la carcasa, <strong>el fluido es impulsado hacia el exterior de la carcasa de la bomba centr\u00edfuga y la presi\u00f3n en el interior aumenta hasta el punto en que el fluido es obligado a salir por la salida<\/strong>. Diversos fluidos se mover\u00e1n a distintas velocidades en funci\u00f3n de la presi\u00f3n cuando exista un caudal variable.  <\/p><p>El modo de funcionamiento de las <strong>bombas de desplazamiento positivo<\/strong> consiste en atrapar un volumen fijo de fluido y empujarlo hacia la tuber\u00eda de salida. Se crean una serie de <strong>cavidades de forma fija dentro del estator a medida que gira el rotor<\/strong>. Estos huecos se extienden a lo largo del estator y obligan al fluido contenido a desplazarse con el rotor mientras gira.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bbc7292 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"bbc7292\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Bajo r\u00e9gimen de RPM y operaci\u00f3n con bajo cizallamiento<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ce55e0f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ce55e0f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La bomba de cavidad progresiva provoca menos cizallamiento en el medio bombeado que otros dise\u00f1os de bombas debido a su baja velocidad interna. Por ello, es perfecta para manejar materiales sensibles al cizallamiento que deben mantener su estructura durante el bombeo. Ejemplos incluyen alimentos como aceitunas, adhesivos que pueden perder adherencia y mezclas de agua y aceite que requieren que el tama\u00f1o de las gotas de aceite permanezca constante para que un separador funcione de la manera m\u00e1s eficaz posible.   <\/p><p><em>Ahora que est\u00e1 familiarizado con las diferencias entre una bomba de cavidad progresiva y una bomba centr\u00edfuga, est\u00e1 en condiciones de tomar una decisi\u00f3n m\u00e1s informada sobre cu\u00e1l adquirir para su aplicaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica.
